The Role

As a Natural Language (Vibe) Developer, you’ll help us design and shape how our AI agents think, behave, and interact with real users. Your work will involve creating and refining prompts, workflows, and conversational patterns that our automation systems rely on. You’ll use natural-language “vibe coding” to build and test solutions for genuine SME challenges, turning business problems into clear, structured AI tasks that the system can execute.

You’ll collaborate closely with our technical lead to bring your agent designs to life, integrating them with enterprise back-office tools and APIs. Part of the role involves stress-testing agent outputs to ensure they are reliable, safe, and easy for clients to understand. You’ll also document how your solutions work and contribute to our internal knowledge base as we continue developing best practices for prompt engineering and AI user experience.

This is hands-on work with real clients - not theoretical exercises.

What We’re Looking For

You should be studying Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field, and you’ll need a solid understanding of how LLMs work. Experience with prompt engineering—formal or self-taught—is essential, along with any exposure to vibe coding or natural-language development tools.

We’re looking for people who think in systems: those who naturally break problems down into steps, flows, and decisions. Strong written communication and attention to detail are key, as is the ability to commit at least 15 hours per week alongside your studies. You must be based in the UK and eligible to work here.
